Independent foundry since November 2022 (subsidiary of Renault before this date), synonymous with know-how and quality, we offer production capacities to all buyers in the automotive, agricultural, public works sectors, rail, special machines, new offshore energies.

Our company invests in the most advanced manufacturing technologies and in line with environmental issues to meet your needs and requirements.

  • Product development, skills and resources to respond to customer requests: CAD design, foundry simulation, 3D printing (prototyping, molding process…).
  • Foundry: 4 low frequency ovens of 25 tons, a HWS multi-piston molding line of 2017 with a rate of 200 molds per hour, mold sizes that can accommodate parts from 3kg to more than 100kg. By 2024, a new line can produce 60L cores. By 2025, new medium-frequency furnaces to significantly reduce energy consumption.
  • Different shades of cast iron elaborated. Specialized in GS cast iron, we can also make GL cast iron, SiMo and other alloys on demand.
  • Machining: one line of pre-processing differential housings (without oil), 10 flexible machining centers for all other products.
  • Quality controls at each stage of manufacturing: dimensional measurements, analysis laboratories (metallurgy, sand, health material, mechanics, chemistry).
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certified and ongoing steps for IATF 16949 and 50001.
