Electromechanic
MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your mission is to ensure the maintenance of industrial equipment in areas such as electrical installations, automation, hydraulic, pneumatic and other devices.
Depending on your training, experience and versatility, you will work in one of the maintenance units corresponding to the main equipment: melting moulding core maintenance or machining finishing maintenance. You will work in a 2X8 shift team
In compliance with safety rules, procedures and best practices in maintenance, you will carry out corrective and preventive actions on the installations for which you are responsible within the scope of your work unit.
You advise the operators on the implementation of the autonomous maintenance plan (AMP) on the equipment.
You are able to analyse and diagnose malfunctions and breakdowns in order to propose the right solutions and coordinate the corrective maintenance operations to be carried out.
You document the analysis sheets, including the PMP sheet (preventive maintenance plan).
You are involved in the progress plans and in the concrete implementation of the maintenance priorities set by the company.
You prepare the programmed construction site in realizing the work order and consignments.
If applicable, you participate directly in Maintenance Operations.
You comply with rules and procedures in effect in enterprise, you give in all circstance the priority in security.
You are autonomous and commited.
You are able to make proposals, You participate in progress actions.
CONDITIONS
Average gross annual salary (including bonuses and 13th month) between 26 000 € et 30 000€ gross annual, depending on profile and experience.

WORKING HOURS
2X8 work in two-week cycles (one week from 6H00 to 14H00 alternating with one week from 14H00 to 22H00).
PROFILE REQUIRED
Expérience in general maintenance.
Knowledge on automats Siemens S7-1500, S7-300, Schneider UNITY PRO/ PL7 PRO.
BTS Maintenance.
Basic training in electricity and automation.
Knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.
